Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If your popcorn arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please include photos of the damaged product to help us improve our packaging.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

Refund Processing
