Shipping policy

• Your order will be shipped via UPS, arrival is based on shipping selection.
  

 

• We will ship your order within 24-48 of placement. During the Holiday Season, it may take a few days longer.

 

• For orders of greater magnitude, shipment date may take up to a week. We also request that you supply Ms. Bee’s with printed address labels, this will assure correct address delivery, Ms. Bee’s is not responsible for any undeliverable packages.

 

• Orders placed between Thursday-Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday or Tuesday.

 

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

• We can ship to APO or FPO addresses, we cannot guarantee freshness of products.

 

• Please be accurate in completing your recipients address when ordering online, we are not responsible for any returns, due to incorrect or nonexistent addresses.

 

• Please note we are not responsible or can guarantee delivery on the time allotment we offer, once your order leaves our store it is now in the hands of the mail service.

 

• We reserve the right to combine multiple orders to the same address, this will help with your shipping cost.

 

• We do not ship any chocolate products during the months of May-September, chocolates can melt very quickly.

 

• Ms. Bees Popcorn now allows local pick up.  Please note that all local pick ups take 48 hours to process and may be picked up during normal business hours – 11am-6pm Tuesday through Saturday and 12pm-4pm Sunday. We are closed Monday.
