In Store Policy

Ms. Bee’s takes great pride in offering and delivering freshly made popcorn.  We cook without any preservatives.  Not satisfied? Return your order to our store, uneaten, in the original packaging, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase, we will be very happy to replace your popcorn with the flavor you choose or any other flavor.

Online Policy

We do not accept returns of any online popcorn due to the perishable nature of the products. We are happy to replace your popcorn should they arrive damaged.  Any replacements must be requested within 14 days of delivery to the address provided in your order.  We cannot offer a replacement if more than 14 days have passed since the date of delivery.

Ms. Bee’s does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Customer ordered incorrect and/or wrong quantity
  • Customer provided the incorrect address
  • Customer was not present at the time of delivery
  • Customer provided inaccurate information, requiring a re-route or other extension in delivery time
  • Customer did not report quality concerns within the shelf life of the product
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Item unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
  • Item still in transit
